The Fort Myers Miracle scored a season high 10 runs, thanks to 13 hits, to beat the visiting Florida Fire Frogs on a Women's WINsday, 10-3, at Hammond Stadium. Florida Gulf Coast alum and Arcadia native Brady Anderson (1-0) picked up a win in front of his family by tossing three relief innings.

The Miracle are now 5-9 on the year while the Fire Frogs fall to 6-8.

The Miracle began the scoring with a Sean Miller RBI single in the second inning, but Frogs' DH Alex Jackson launched his fourth home run of the year two innings later to give Florida a 2-1 lead.

Miracle starter Cody Stashak allowed just the two runs while fanning seven Frogs over his four innings, but a high pitch count kept him from earning the win. Anderson delivered in relief, lasting three innings, surrendering just one run.

The Miracle turned on the bats going in the middle innings, as they got to starter Ricardo Sanchez (0-2). In the fourth, they sent a season-high 10 men to the plate. Four separate RBI hits gave Fort Myers a 5-2 lead. An inning later, Kevin Garcia delivered his second straight RBI single. Alex Perez joined the fun with one of his own, and the Miracle took an 8-3 advantage.

Two more runs in the seventh and eighth sealed the deal as Sam Clay shut down the Frogs' offense with two innings of scoreless relief. Chris Paul extended his on-base streak to start the season to 13 games.

The Miracle were looking for the series win Thursday night. David Fischer was scheduled to gets the start for Fort Myers, with Touki Tussaint starting for Florida.

Fire Frogs 5, Miracle 4: The Fort Myers Miracle continually battled from behind, but could not match the Florida Fire Frogs Tuesday night in a 5-4 loss. The Miracle (4-9) totaled 13 hits, a season high, but Florida's insurance run in the ninth inning secured the win

Right-hander Dereck Rodriguez (0-2) took the loss, allowing three runs (one earned) and fanning six over six innings. The Fire Frogs pushed across a run in each of the first three innings to take an early 3-0 lead. Left-hander Drew Harrington (2-1) led the charge with five strikeouts over his five innings to earn the win.

Zander Wiel's two-out triple in the third brought the Miracle within a run early, but the Fire Frogs (6-7) extended their lead in the seventh with back-to-back doubles by Ronald Acuna and Austin Riley.

In the bottom of the eighth, Fort Myers brought in one on four singles, but with the loaded the bases with one out, Nelson Molina grounded into a fielder's choice with a force out at home, and Alex Perez lined to center where Acuna made an impressive sliding catch.

In the top of the ninth with two outs, Carlos Castro lined a ball to left field with runners on first and second. Daniel Kihle misread the ball and it bounced off of his glove, bringing in the insurance run for the Fire Frogs.

Fort Myers countered with a Chris Paul single, scoring Max Murphy, in the bottom half, but RHP Devan Watts struck out the next three batters he faced to record the save, his second on the season.
